Zumba: Do you like to “move it, move it”? We call this class exercise in disguise! This Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.  One of our 10 certified Zumba® instructors will give you an incredible cardiovascular workout as well as muscle toning workout. So...ditch the workout and join the party!

Kickboxing: This class will physically challenge everyone from the beginner to the advanced. Work every muscle in your body with a variety of combinations that will jab, kick, and knock you out! You want strength and endurance? You’ve got it here. Your heart rate will rise and fall with the interval training this class offers.  

Step: If you’ve ever heard the term “don’t mess with a good thing”…it definitely applies to step aerobics. Our step instructors will be sure to give you the cardio workout you are looking for. We’ll use standard steps, BOSU®, or a combination of both to take you through high energy, fun patterns and great transitions.

30 Minute Core:
Strength starts with the “core”.  A variety of core strengthening exercises will protect yourself from injury, working all sides of your core will have a major effect on your posture, balance, flexibility, and overall function of your back.

I.T.T (Intense Total Training):
This is ITT! This is the class you’ve been looking for!  Instructor Bert Reeves will give you a 45 minute, non-stop, intense workout that will push you to reach your potential. This class consists of intense cardio, plyometrics, core conditioning, kickboxing, glove/bag workout, strength training, and endurance...all for you! You will have an awesome experience unleashing your potential within!  Join us NOW! 

TNT (Tighten & Tone): This class uses a variety of equipment incorporating all muscle groups to give you a total body workout. Though not a cardio class…you might feel your heart rate rise once in a while…you WILL feel the burn in each muscle you tone!

Aqua ZUMBA: Looking to "shake" up your routine? Jump into the Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance party that is sure to make a SPLASH. Burn 500-700 calories each workout, PLUS get in your toning for the day! The pool party will be splashing every Tuesday and Thursday night from 7:00-7:45 pm. Come join the party!  

Outdoor Power Pilates:  Just like our Semi-Private Pilates but in a group setting.  Our certified Pilates instructor will lead this class and work with each of you to focus on the core postural muscles, correct breathing technique, and balance.  What a great way to get a abdominal workout! During the Summer this class will be held in the great Outdoors!

Yoga:  Free your spirit, calm your mind, and stretch you body through a variety of movements.  Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and focus or meditation.  Yoga is used by many to help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and improve coordination, flexibility, concentration, sleep, and digestion.   Practice motions to increase your strength, balance and flexibility while focusing on form, breathing, and serenity within.  

Group Cycling:  This intense ride is going to challenge even the advanced cyclist!  Join us on a powerful journey up hills and down.  Push yourself to your endurance limit!  Water is a requirement and one of the “rules of the road”…join us and learn them all! 

Cycle Express: If working out on your lunch hour works for you…let us work you even harder in this fast paced, cardio intense 30 minute Cycling class.  We will get you in, on the bike, train you hard, and out the door all within the confines of your lunch hour.  So, if you need a cardio change to your lunch time workout…sign up, strap in, and ride hard!!  

Butts-n-Guts: 45 minutes of hard core, well...CORE! If you need a little strength and tone in the mid-section this class is for you. With a focus on all sides of the body, we will spend time working the obvious abdominals, glutes, and obliques…but will get a little more intense as we hit those hard to reach inner abdominals, lower back, hip abductors and adductors. So come on in and let us kick your…Butts-n-Guts!
