Pool Fitness Classes:
A high-intensity cardio + strength water workout for the entire body with no impact on the lower body! Great cross-training, conditioning and recovery! Raise your heart rate, torch calories, strengthen, tone and stretch muscles, all with zero joint impact! 45 minutes of POWER...Get your deep on!
Jump into the Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning fitness party that makes working out a SPLASH! Burn 500-700 calories in each workout, PLUS get in your toning for the day.
De-stress with this end-of-the-week, all-in-one, water fusion workout. This 60-minute class has it all: cardiovascular, interval training, and muscle strength and endurance exercises to tone the entire body. Finish with a focus on your core strength, using Pilates, yoga, tai chi, and stretching exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture and flexibility, relax, and de-stress your entire body!
Shallow Water Power
“This shallow water workout includes the use of equipment…or none at all! We may use ergo bells,” “loops and bands, noodles, kickboards, and balls. We will work out to music to target fitness components of agility, balance, coordination…all in addition to cardio. This 45 minute workout begins with a warm up, moves into cardio, and ends with toning and stretching. You do not have to be a swimmer! Adults of any age or fitness ability are encouraged and welcome!”
Designed to help jump start your metabolism and burn more calories quicker, this class will keep your entire body guessing what’s coming next! Interval training in both the Tabata methods, mixed and max intervals, we will incorporate all of your favorite Aquatics equipment into aquatic movements to enhance both strength and cardiovascular endurance.
